The Sannhet Realty office is located in Scottsdale and the Real Estate Brokerage is owned and staffed by a broker, management and team of first class agents, many with extensive and long term experience.

Our Broker and co-owner, Ruth Bassignan, has nearly thirty years experience in the sale and rental of residential real estate in Northern California and for the past fourteen years in Arizona. Ruth is backed and advised by a marketing team with some 50 years total marketing experience in local, national and international markets. On the team is Barry Carter, an Arizona resident for more than 31 years who has held senior sales and marketing appointments in both the corporate and private sectors in numerous industries. Barry also owned his own advertising and public relations company here in Arizona for more than twelve years.

Co-owner, Cameron Bassignan, has a background in digital design and provides our agents, selling and buying clients with assistance and advice on designing and producing attractive, attention getting promotional materials to expedite the most profitable sales process and the research data to seek out the best value and most desirable properties. Cameron also has a company, Devilish Productions, that can design websites for agents to promote themselves and clients to advertise their individual properties.
